All Milou pieces are carefully handmade and packed with intention. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that tracking is not always included (see below).
Estimated delivery times:

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as postal delays.
Shipping Within Canada (Free Shipping Option)
To keep shipping accessible and free, some Canadian orders are sent via standard delivery without tracking.
If you would prefer a tracked shipping option, it is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Please note that Milou cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages shipped without tracking once they have been dispatched.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country.
These charges are:

Milou is not responsible for any additional charges incurred once the package reaches the destination country.
Customs Delays
In some cases, packages may be held by customs for inspection, which can cause delays beyond our estimated shipping times.

If a package is held for an extended period, we will do our best to support you in tracking and communication, but we cannot guarantee delivery timelines once the package is under customs control.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our jewelry pieces, all jewelry sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
For accessories, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition

It is returned in its original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
